To the family: So sorry to hear of your loss. April, we enjoyed so much sitting beside you and your dad at the football games all those years! We very quickly learned what a wonderful person Harry was--a loyal veteran who was proud of his country, a devoted family man and faithful Christian, and a dedicated Volunteer fan! It was an honor for us to know him and count him as a friend. Again, our deepest sympathies to you and your family.

On behalf of the Harry M. Bentley family and to his beautiful wife Lonita, I only met Harry during my father-in-law funeral services and he was very kind hearted toward me and his wife, and for that I am thankful. Lonita, you are in our prayers.
Heaven needed a special angel Harry.

They just don't get any better than Harry! As you know, Harry was one of my very favorite patients and has been for a long time. He and my Dad worked together as pressmen at the Kingsport Press. It was just us conversing one day that we realized that. Harry was always so sweet, fun and I always looked forward to seeing him because I knew it would be a good visit. I will miss my 6 month hug from him. He spoke often of his family and loved you all very much. I am so sorry for your loss, but, we will all see him again....heaven just got better because of Harry's entrance!

Our hearts have an empty place and Bethel folks will miss Harry so very much. He served God very faithfully. Praying that you'll sense God's presence in this time of grief, and feel God's love surrounding you.
God cares and loves you so much, and wipes each tear you cry. You never need to feel alone for He'll never leave your side.

Harry was a mentor, friend, fellow veteran, and confidant. I feel honored and blessed that God saw fit to let me know Harry. If I become half the man that Harry was, then I have truly accomplished a great thing as a christian and a man. RIP Harry. I will miss you my brother.

Harry has been a dear and valued friend since our high school days together. We joined the Air Force at the same time and worked together for several years. Our young families enjoyed each others company in the early days until we went our separate ways for awhile. Harry and I kept in almost constant contact via the internet. Although distance separated us our friendship kept us close. My deepest sympathy to Lonita and family.
I will miss you my friend.
