On Thursday, November 28, 2013, of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved husband of the late Berniece Dove; father of Chester Dove, Jr.,Thomas Dove, Carol Ann Norton, Sherry Lynn Holleger, Regina K. Thomas, James M. Hedrick, Anita K. Preston, Keith E. Hedrick, Steven D. Hedrick, Jeanette L. Willette, Jeff D. Hedrick, and the late Clark K. Hedrick and Ruth Ann Calderon. Also survived by 24 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard, West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Tuesday, December 3 from 7 to 9 p.m. where the Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, December 4, at 11 a.m. Interment Parklawn Memorial Park.www.COLLINSFUNERALHOME.com
