Aunt Dorothy was gentle and kind. I remember, clearly, a day she invited my sister, Ellen, and I to go crabbing. Aunt Dorothy rowing along the river and teaching two very little girls about her peaceful hobby. Still vivid , more than 50 years later .May she rest in peace.

Aunt Dorothy will be remembered in my heart as a beautiful woman who was one of a few who took me in as family.
I will always cherish the times we spent together at the beach in a small wooden row boat quitely slipping from cove to cove catching soft shell crabs in the high marsh grasses and just talking.
Rest in peace Aunt Dorothy.
Love,
Ronnie

I will miss my Aunt Dorothy very much. She was a very loving and caring person who also loved cats like I do. We had lots of fun at the beach house when I grew up. She always cared about how everyone in the family was doing.
