I knew John through his association with Great Expectations! His regular visits, first with Thelma, and in later years with Don, were always a highlight of a sale day! To all his family, my condolences. I hope your many years of memories bring you comfort and solace.

As a friend of Ellen and Barry Brown, I always enjoyed hearing about Mr. Stubbs and how he was doing. As the niece of Leon Stevens Mr. Stubb's back yard backed up to Leon's so he was a neighbor as well. God Bless his memory!

Although I kew I needed to be prepared, I was very saddened when I heard of Shirley's passing. Of all of my grandmother's brothers and sisters he was my favorite. I have many memories of him coming to visit us and us going to visit he and Thelma that I will have forever. The interactions between Shirley and my grandmother, Catherine, showed a great love for each other. I am comforted knowing that Shirley is now rejoined with Thelma and all of his brothers and sisters.
