Wish I would have realized earlier we have family connection's through you and your husband. We always wanted to meet Stan and everyone, but it wasn't till a year or so before he passed Geni sent message we were connected and also to Stan through his Grandfather Jacob Rhoads brother of my 5th Great Grandfather Henry Rhoads Jr.. Through geni.com his spokesperson sent me original findings of Rhoads and Clayton family connection's. I sent back a meesage for Stan, in hopes he received it....

Dear Stan and JC

As you know, I was very fortunate to know "Big Joan" nearly my entire life - from the early years in NY to speaking to her just a few days before she went to Heaven.

She was truly unique - gorgeous, gregarious, and so very glamorous! I enjoyed every encounter and will think of her often.

Please let Roger and me know if you plan a memorial service since we would want to say our goodbyes to her.

May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived.
