Jeffrey Dowell Obituary
40, of Louisville, passed away unexpectedly Thursday May 14, 2015.
He is survived by his wife, Shannon Courtney Dowell; and twins sons, Palmer and Jack Dowell. He was a loving husband and father.
Cremation was chosen. Highlands Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
