Sandy,
I worked with John at the Mint for a number of years back in the seventies, he was a great guy. He always spoke about you and the family. He taught me many things about the casino business, and I was always thankful for having met him.

Dear Sandy and family. I know the sorrow you are feeling and want you to know you have my sincerest condolences.

I had know John since the mid 60's when we were both young. He was my very good friend and I have many fond memories of him. I remember when I a delegate to the National Democratic Convention in Atlanta in 1988 and he saw me on TV and would tell people over and over of how I was there and on TV. Also I remember him, an eastern guy with an eastern accent dressed in western clothes and a cowboy hat that he loved and how hard he worked in the pool cleaning business he started years ago. And how proud he was of you Sandy diligently doing the work that do for the community.

We got out of touch the last few years as we both retired and have not crossed paths often. As I said John was my good friend but more than that
John was a good man who was well liked and respected by all who knew him.
