Dear Tom's family, I'm sorry I didn't know about his passing, but I just wanted you to know how dear of a friend he was to my family. We were in school together in South Bend. He was one half of the "two Toms" that were often at our house visiting my sister and I, but mostly visiting and teasing my Dad. He and Tom Mink were quite the pair. Tom came through New Mexico several years ago and stopped and stayed for a couple of days. He'll never be forgotten...he was a very special man and friend. It's amazing how those you grew up with always fit the very definition of friend. Smiles and laughter defined him. Regards.... Jean Brant Martinez .... A Hoosier in Springer, NM

To Janice and family:

Just heard about Tom today from a patient I was seeing in Las Vegas. He was such a kind and gentle man and even though it has been 2 years since I have seen him, he will always hold a wonderful place in my heart. It was an honor and privilege to be his doctor in Peoria. I will never forget his kind words and smile.

Very sorry for your loss, I grew up in Alta Gardens and Tom lived across the street. I babysat many years there during the summer. He was always the kindest man. Keeping you all in my prayers
