On Thursday, May 5, 2016, of Washington, DC. Beloved husband of Adelina Pena Callahan; father of Mari Callahan Leapley, Jon Callahan, Daniel (Chris) Callahan and Brian (Janine) Callahan; grandfather of Bridget, Daniel, Matthew, Sofia, Keilah and Liliana; brother of Richard Callahan and Dr. Daniel Callahan. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Thursday, May 12 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at Christ the King Church, 2301 Colston Drive, Silver Spring, MD, 20910 on Friday, May 13 at 11 a.m. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
