Joyce M. Cantore member of the Red Hat Society; 71 Leesburg, FL Mrs. Joyce M. Cantore, age 71, beloved wife of 52 years to Phillip Cantore of Leesburg, FL and formerly of Trumbull, CT, passed away on Saturday, May 31, 2008 in Clermont, FL. She was born on May 10, 1937 in West Haven, CT to Madeline Binkoski Yuhas of East Haven, CT and the late Michael Yuhas. Mrs. Cantore was a day care director and then became a realtor, before her retirement. She was a member of the Red Hat Society. In addition to her mother and devoted husband, she leaves a son, Phillip M. Cantore and his wife Kathryn of Newtown, CT and a daughter, Beth-Ann C. Mathews and her husband Timothy, Chelmsford, MA and four grandchildren, Kelsey and Brian Cantore, Abigail and Meghan Mathews. She is also survived by two sisters, Shirley Falco of Wolcott, CT and Carol Ciechowski of Anderson, SC, a brother, Michael Yuhas of Guilford, CT and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a son, Mark A. Cantore. CANTORE A Service will be held on Thursday, June 5 at 10:15 a.m. in the Cody-White Funeral Home on the Green, 107 Broad Street, Milford, CT followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. in Our Lady of Victory Church, 600 Jones Hill Road, West Haven, CT. Interment to follow in St. Mary Cemetery, Milford, CT.
