I have known Connie since I was a kid. He was among the first to welcome home each of my three children, and when life was crazy he let me know he was around. He was my friend, and I adored him. His wit and intelligence could take on the best of debators, his charm was unlike any I had ever seen. He certainly has enjoyed the political banter taking place this election year, and if asked he would tell you flat out how he felt and what he thought. His liberal approach to life in general was always refreshing and somewhat hopeful. Connie embraced life the way most people could only imagine. To Connie, I will miss your humorous tid bits and the jokes that made a nice girl blush, where ever you are continue to be yourself. To his children and grandchildren, my sympathy is with you all during this painful time.

Connie and his "positions" with the town fathers will be remembered forever. It was great fun to be with around him whether or not he agreed with me. I will miss the banter.
