To my Aunt,
I will miss the yearly phone calls on my birthday and the over the top rendition of Happy Birthday that you always sang with such gusto. Though at times I probably thought it was completely corny...that call will be dearly missed from now on.
Love,
Wally

To Sandy's children and grandchildren,
I was so sorry to hear that your mom has suddenly passed away. I knew her in high school and I remember her as a very pretty blonde who was so nice and always smiling. A few months ago she signed in my page on Classmates.com and I was going to send her a note...but, unfortunately, I did not do it fast enough. Today, I find out that she is no longer here. Please accept my condolences and sympathy. It is very hard to lose your mom. I know you will have many good and happy memories of her to look back on. My prayers are with her and her family.

Ma, you always were a beautiful woman and a wonderfully protective mother. I have grown to really appreciate just how much you took on your shoulders raising the three of us. I still have fond memories of me trying to crack you up (very often successfully) after you had a rough day at work. It seems like yesterday that you'd be sitting in the living room with your headphones on humming along to your favorite vinyl albums. I'll never forget the time you got up to bat at the legendary Toupins field near Nana's and belted the ball for a single. I remember you taking me to my first tennis tournament in Westford, MA on the highway despite your fear (back then) of the highway. Your amazing Mariners Dream entree was always a great dining pleasure. I'm glad you were always the first and the most active in calling me whenever I had any kind of hardship. I'm glad that Ashton and Peyton know their Nina and that you got to know them. Most of all, I'm glad that you're my mother.
I take great peace in knowing that you had a great husband in Peter and that you took care of each other in every way. I miss you so much and I always will, but I am glad that you will no longer suffer and that you are in paradise forever. Please give my love to Grandpa Shay, Grampa Buddy, Nana Loyda, Uncle Jack, Nana Mum, Aunt Carol, Aunt Gail, Aunt Linda, Uncle Jimmy and Uncle Henry, Aunt Florence and Uncle Jim Cote.
With Love Forever...Shawn, Ashton and Peyton xoxoxoxoxoxo.
