Norma, Joe and family,

My heart felt condolences during this very difficult time. Kurt was a great and faithful friend. I have so many fond memories of laughing with Kurt. I have come to know that the size of Kurts heart and his loyalty to his friends and family is something that was very, very special. He made an impact on everyone that he met. I believe that I will see him again.

Sincere condolences to the Gahm family. I have fond memories of Kurt, the most profound was my best friend had a mad crush on Kurt. She loved his boyish grin, his warm personality and his vunerability. I too remember these beautiful things about him. She died unexpectedly, but not before Kurt showed her compassion, attention, and made her feel very special. This is a true Gahm attribute!
You have been close in thought and prayer during this difficult time. May God wrap his arms around each of you, and please find comfort in the love of family and friends. I pray Kurt watches over you.

My condolences to the Gahm family and I offer my sympathies for your loss.
I first met Kurt at Kirn Jr. High after I had left private schools. Kurt was one of the first kids to befriend me. He introduced me to the guys that I was to spend the next six or seven years with, attempting to grow up.

What I remember the most about Kurt, from those days, was his ability to laugh at himself. He could appreciate self-deprecating humor at an age when most kids were too self-conscious. He had a contagious smile and a laugh that made me laugh with him, even in class when it was wiser to hold my tongue.

We lost track of each other over the years. I'm sorry about that. But I know that I will see him again, someday. We all will. My sympathies again...

Norma, Joe and family. Words cannot tell what I want to say. It is said we will be given only what our plate can handle and I sometimes question that but God only knows why. Kurt will always be a part of me and when out birthdays come up the same day and I don't get my call wishing me Happy Birthday I know in my heart that we will both wish each other another Happy Birthday. Take care of yourself Norma as now Kurt will be out of pain and at peace. My prayers and thoughts are with all of you.

Our Beloved Kurt

Kurt is in a better place right now,
Than he has ever experienced before.
No more pain; he is at peace
All of his life's struggles are no more!

Now is the time we feel the burden
Of sadness and grief
It is ok to cry, to mourn our loss
That is how we get relief.

I know we will see Kurt again
As we come to the end of our time on earth.
We will see his smiling face,
And embrace our Beloved Kurt!
