Carroll Stout Obituary

WATERLOO — Carroll E. Stout, 78, of Waterloo died Sunday, Sept. 27, 2015, at DeKalb Health in Auburn.
He was born January 19, 1937, to Harry and Florence (Imus) Stout.
Carroll was a 1955 graduate of Ashley High School.
He was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps serving from 1956–1958.
Carroll was a lifelong DeKalb County farmer.
He married Patricia A. Walker on Aug. 2, 1958, in Waterloo, and she survives.
Also surviving are two sons, Tim L. (Bev Oberlin) Stout of Waterloo, and Nick E. (Tracy) Stout of Waterloo; a daughter, Cindy L. (Tim) Foglesong of Waterloo; two grandchildren, Kaylee Stout and Amber Foglesong; a stepgrandchild, Timmery Foglesong; a sister, Helen Hellemn of Ashley; and a brother, Fred (Jo) Stout of Hicksville, Ohio.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and a sister, Bev Bowerman.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Feller and Clark Funeral Home, 875 S. Wayne St., Waterloo, with Paul Foglesong officiating. Burial will be in Waterloo Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be directed to the American Cancer Society.
