Ronald Erb
Ronald Erb, 74, of Emmaus, died Monday August 12. He was the husband of Jeanie Houser. Born in Allentown, he was a son of the late George and Caroline (Bitting) Erb. He was a graduate of Allentown High School, and served in the Air Force for 4 years. Mr. Erb was retired from Iron Workers Local 36 in Whitehall, and most recently worked with the sheriffs office providing security at the Lehigh County Courthouse. He was a life member of the Hogan Social Club. He loved visiting the beach, especially Wildwood. Survivors: Wife; daughter, Jane Wiley; sister, Marlene and husband Charles Souders; grandchildren, Jordan and Michael; niece and nephew. Services: Private. Arrangements by Nicos C. Elias Funeral Home, Allentown. Contributions: To Wounded Warrior (www.woundedwarriorproject.org).
