Bob was always a cut above most of the staff at ISP. He was always friendly, cheerful and helpful to me as a newcomer to the area and as a staff person at ISP. It was always refreshing to be in his presence & I appreciated him as a person.
Sincerely,
Arnold Dischler, R.N. Retired
