Edward Bracewell Obituary

WARRENVILLE, S.C. - Entered into rest on Thursday, May 20, 2010, Mr. Edward Bracewell, age 84 of Warrenville, S. C., son of the late Harvey Bracewell and the late Carrie Meese Bracewell. He is survived by his former wife and friend, Ollie Bracewell; daughters and son-in-law, Wanda and Gordon Hayford and Dianthia 'Gail' Collins all of Aiken, S. C.; six grandchildren, one grandchild; special nieces, Marilyn Renew and Teana Dixon, and special friends of Our Lady of the Valley Catholic Church. He was preceded in death by a son, Ronald Bracewell. He was born in Dublin, Ga. but has spent most of his life in Aiken County, S. C. He was a member of the American Legion Post 212 in North Augusta, S. C., a member of the Masonic Lodge and a member of the Southeastern Carpenter Local Union #283. A celebration of his life service will be held on Monday, May 24, 2010 at 1:30 PM in the Chapel of Napier Funeral Home with Pastor Darryl Morgan officiating. The interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens in Graniteville. The pallbearers will be Matthew Turner, Daniel Turner, Gordon Hayford, Mark Turner and Harold Hutto. The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service. Memorials, in Mr. Bracewell's honor, may be made to Our Lady of the Valley Catholic Church, 2453 Augusta Road, Gloverville, S. C. 29828. Napier Funeral Home, 315 Main St., Graniteville, S.
