My condolence to Frank's family. my name is William A. Charney and I worked with Frank at Luke AFB in Civil Engineering.. I worked in the electrical section and he worked in carpentry and took care of all the locks on the base. We had many fun times together getting our work done. As I remember he was a bowhunter the same as myself.
