Chanda and I have had many happy memories with Lorry, to name a few, during our many visits too Arizona at Christmas we would always want to spend time with Lorry. Our number one request would be to visit the Verde Ranch, which our father built a very long time ago. Lorry probably became tired of doing the same thing over and over, but like the wonderful man he was would take us anyway.
Prior to going to the Verde Ranch we would stop at the old historic hotel in Prescott for lunch, this hotel was one of our dad’s favorite places, and we would reminiscence about him, after lunch we would proceed to the ranch, always spending time to visiting with the owners and then walking grounds.
Chanda wanted me to add that Lorry would take Erin, Ashley and herself for High Tea. This was a wonderful treat for the girls and they always had a great time.
Now for a funny storey, Ken Kirwin who is Chanda’s husband while driving back to Colorado with Lorry made a comment while looking out the window “that valley has a lot of history” Ken responded why, Lorry s response was “well it has been here a long time”.
In closing, we will miss all our our great times we had with Lorry, but I know we will see him again and I think it will be at the ranch with our Dad.
“We love you Lorry”

I was proud to have a grandfather like Ed and will always remember his visits to my school to pick me up for a birthday lunch and for 1 birthday present. He will be greatly missed for the impact he made on everyone's life.

My thoughts and prayers go out to his loved ones at this time, knowing
that life can be all too brief but love is indestructable, an eternal bond
that can never be broken. May God Bless You. Lori Furcini ( Carlsbad, Ca.)

My late husband used to play tennis with Ed at Phoenix Country Club. He was the sweetest guy! So sorry to hear he passed.
