Neal Trasente Obituary
90, of Phoenix, AZ passed away on August 12, 2013. He and his wife, Pauline moved to Phoenix after being discharged from the Army in 1945. He started his career with the State of Arizona in 1948, retired after 33 years during which time he served as Director of the Arizona Department of Revenue in the late 1970's. He is survived by his beloved wife of 69 years, Pauline and daughter Vicki Chappel, grandchildren Kevin Trasente, Jason Chappel and Amy Chappel Boyd, three great grandchildren and two step-great-grandchildren. His positive attitude and loving nature will be sorely missed by all. We feel blessed to have been part of his life.

Neal was one in a million - a wonderful mentor, wise counselor and remarkable man. From first meeting him in 1975 through our last conversation in 2005, he was a valued friend. God bless him and his wonderful family.
