Johanna Gentile Obituary
Jane, aka Hansi, age 82, spent her last 5 days lovingly & peacefully cared for in Hospice of the Valley, Gardiner Home, Phx, AZ. On Feb. 6, 2010, God wiped away her teary eyes, removed her sorrow & pain, making all things new. (Rev 21:4-5) Mom met & married Dad, stationed in her homeland of Germany during the Korean War. Who knew it would last 55 blissful yrs! They began their life together in Medford, LI, NY & spent their golden yrs in Phoenix, AZ, together, with us. Mom, we say goodbye, with tear filled eyes & peaceful hearts, until we're reunited. Love Always, Your beloved Husband Tommie, Brother Franz, Niece Sabine, Grandchildren Heather, Sommer & Jordan, Great Grandchildren Nick, Haley, Lea & Ethan, Daughters Nancy & Irene. Funeral at 2 pm, Thurs, Feb 11th at National Memorial Cemetery of AZ, 23029 N Cave Creek Rd, Phx, AZ. followed at 3 pm by Memorial Service & Reception at Calvary Chapel N. Phoenix, 14201 N 32nd St, Phx, AZ. We request donations in lieu of flowers to Hospice of the Valley, Phx, AZ or Parkinson's Disease Foundation on Johanna's behalf.
