I worked with Teddy out at the Taft Correctional Institution. We signed on at the same time and went through our training together. He should be remembered as a great person that always made his presence known. I enjoyed the time we worked together and I will honor his memory with the times we spent laughing while getting to know each-other. He will be missed and my thoughts are with his family...peace be with you Teddy. -B. Weiting

I would like to give my condolences to this entire family. He was such a young person and it's sad that he will not be present for the birth of his newborn. My prayers are with you and I hope the newborn will fill the missing gap T-Bear has left.
