Betty & family... So so sorry for your loss, I was very fortunate as well as blessed to have known Karl both as a co-worker as well as a friend at the VA.
He was very well liked and his loss is felt at the VA in a big way!

I'm so sorry to hear about the loss of Karl. I had the pleasure of working with him at the VA for a couple of years and after that it was a joy to run into him when he was volunteering. Karl was a genuinely good person and he will be greatly missed.

Karl brought such a smile to all he touched. We all looked forward to seeing him every week. He brought people together. My prayers for his peace and happiness. Betty it is because of Karl that we meet and that meant so much to me you are a wonderful person. After meeting the rest of Karls family I see why he was the kind of "wonderful" he was. Love and best wishes to you all. Cindy

Karl's Mom and family: I was so shocked to see his name in the paper. Too young! Marc and I met Karl at MCTI in Plainwell in computer programming class. We enjoyed the time we spent with Karl during school and after too. So many memories. He will be missed. My prayers & sympathies to all of you as you try to accept this tragedy.
