Fern E. Leffel

Fern E. (Judy) Leffel Kalamazoo Fern Leffel, age 96, died on Sunday, November 7, 2010 at Borgess Medical Center. She was born on September 16, 1914 in Bern Indiana and had lived most of her life in Northern Indiana and SW Michigan. She worked for 25 years at Kellogg's before retiring. She enjoyed square dancing, playing bingo, crocheting, and making crafts. Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, November 12, 2010 at Oaklawn Cemetery in Sturgis. Members of her family include her son, Gene (Sandy) Leffel of Kalamazoo, 6 grandchildren, great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene, and her brother, William.
