I was shocked and very saddened to hear of Joe's passing.
I remember playing basketball behind his parents house on Martin Street in Revere and then in the winter going into the marsh to skate and play ice hockey. Joe and I went to grade school at Paul Revere in Revere and we would walk home as I lived on Lowell Street and Joe lived on Martin Street. Then, of course, we went to Revere High. I sat with Joe at our two or three class reunions and we shared some laughs. He was a truly special guy. To Janet, my condolences - I'm not sure you remember me. To Joe's cousin, Joe Aloisi, my deepest condolences as well. I can't tell how many great memories I have of us growing up in Revere and of the special times we had.
Joe Q. rest in peace and you won't be forgotten.
