KOMINSKY, Marvin At 91 of Brookline formerly of Oceanside, NY on Saturday, May 29, 2011. For 68 years the beloved husband of the late Phyllis (Sampson). Loving father of Rabbi Neil Kominsky & Dr. Deborah Frank of Brookline and Carl & Terri Kominsky of Tucson, AZ. Devoted grandfather of Rabbi David Kominsky & Eva Schweber of Portland, OR, Daniel & Sara Kominsky of Christiansburg, VA, Jonathan Kominsky of New Haven, CT and Carleigh & Douglas Dillman of Glendale, AZ. Proud great-grandfather of Cecelia and Solana Kominsky. Loving brother of the late Lorraine Cuttler. The family expresses heartfelt gratitude to his devoted caretaker, Irene Ayieko. For nearly 40 years he was an active Boy Scout and Scout Master in the New York area. Funeral services at the Levine Chapels, 470 Harvard St., BROOKLINE on Wednesday, June 1 at 12 noon. Burial will follow at the Temple Beth El of Lowell Cemetery in Chelmsford. Shiva will be observed at the home of Rabbi Neil Kominsky & Dr. Deborah Frank, 134 Fuller St., #2 Brookline following the burial until 9PM; on Thursday from 3PM-9PM and Friday from 2PM-5PM. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Grow Clinic for Children, Boston Medical Center, Dowling Ground, 771 Albany St., Boston, MA 02118 or to a charity of your choice.
