For Irwin's family - I have worked at the American Physical Society's Editorial Office for many years and had the privilege of knowing Irwin when he headed up Physical Review E. I very much appreciated his fabulous sense of humor, his unique speaking voice, and his wealth of knowledge. We were very lucky to have him as a colleague for so long.
