Dear Harold and Billie,
It comes as a great shock to hear of your loss of Todd. Losing a loved one leaves a hole that can never be filled. I am sure Jesus was happy to have Todd with him and will be with you in a special way. His Father has related the story to Jesus what it was like seeing His only Son die.
You will be in our prayers,
Warren and Rose Marie Snow

Harold, Billie and Family: We are so saddened to learn of the passing of your beloved Todd. He was such fun the summer he worked for The Upjohn Company with Jeff. What a nice young man and what a shock that he has left us so soon. Let our hearts remember him fondly and recall that blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted. You are in our thoughts and prayers.

Dear Chappelear Family,
I am so sorry for the loss of Todd. I knew him at PCHS and although I was in orchestra, not band, I knew him through his smile and enjoyment of life. I know that we had a regular ed. class or two and he was just an all around super person. I pray that you will find comfort in your memories and in the knowledge of how much he meant to everyone lucky enough to know him.

I too was shocked to hear the news about Todd. PCHS would not have been the same without him. He will never be forgotten by the class of 1981

It is such a shock to hear about Todd. I knew him through PCHS Class of 1981 and Band. The memories I have are good ones, full of laughter and his wit. He was a good person; friend to all. I cannot even imagine what you must be going through, and can only offer you my thoughts and prayers, and love...The world has lost another True Light...

Mr.and Mrs. Chappalear and Amy, I am a past neighbor and friend of Todd's from Kalamazoo. I am so sorry for your loss. Todd was an amazing man and friend and as I look back at Portage Central times and Colony Woods times I reflect on the light he shined with his personality. We can only trust that God is holding him now and that God will get you through this difficult time. Fondest Regards,
Jodie (Smith) Groppel
