To the Sullivan family,
We are very sorry to hear of you loss. We knew Susan when we were young, in fact all of the Sullivans. Our deepest condolences to all of you.

Ed, How incredibly sad!! I just heard the sad news that Susan passed away. I knew Susan when she was younger and lived on Baker Street and a student at the Joyce Kilmer School- she's in my elementary school pictures! I knew Susan so long ago that I knew her mom. How sad it is that Susan had to fight cancer as her mother did. I remember Susan and the young siblings left to cope with the loss of their mother. A flood of memories warm me when I think of Susan and her family. My thoughts are with you at this sad time . . . Tweety(Maureen Moriarty, WR)

Ed,

Although I only met Susan once, I could tell she was a wonderful person, full of joy. We had a great time in the North End and that is how I will remember her.

Ed,
Words cannot express all of the feelings we have at this time.
When I think of your wonderful wife, first I laugh. She always made me laugh. She was so very compassionate and was the first one to step in to help (take over!) whenever she saw fit.
She was the most wonderful friend, we could be on the phone for literally HOURS!
I will miss my dear friend so very much, she will never be forgotten.

Ed, thank you so much for all you have done. She was very lucky to have such a large supportive family and they were, and are, the light of her life and her legacy.

I'm going to get down to the beach here in South Florida, and dip my toes in the warm water for her - something she said we would be doing this winter.

Our deepest sympathies are with you and Susan's wonderful family.
