Dear Sampsel Family -
I am so sorry for your loss - it was truly a blessing to have the opportunity to get to know Mary during my 3 years in the Activity Department at Brookline. She was a very warm, giving person, and was always appreciative of everyone and everything. I was thrilled to have the the pleasure of her company on numerous outings - her attitude was wonderful in spite of her poor vision. She still found ways to keep on doing things - loved her many "projects". I'll always remember her Halloween dummies, Bert & Gert, and I will always treasure the framed "S" initial she made for me from her famous button collection before I left PA to return home to KY last November.
"Ma" will be sorely missed by all who ever had the opportunity to know her.

Grammy will always be close to our hearts. She was loving, caring, and a heck of a chicken plucker. The memories of her will last us a life time. We love and miss you Grammy. May you be at peace.
