Just a note of thanks to all who have expressed sympathy toward my family during this loss. The outpouring of love and support has been overwhelming. We are going to be lost without him, but our great memories will help substain us. He was a great man and a super father. Thanks for everything! Tamara Toler-Hall, daughter

Mrs. Toler -
I worked with Ralph in the machine shop of the Paper Mill in Charleston, from 1966 to 1979. We had another connection in that Ralph was from Bishopville and I had lived there for a few years, as a child. I considered Ralph a fine person and a friend - we had some good times working together. I used to kid him about his daily lunch of peanut butter and honey sandwiches, with which he drank a diet drink. The years have not diminished my good memories of him, and I was truly moved when I saw the funeral notice. My heart goes out to you, his children, and the rest of his family.

Mrs Toler,
I know Ralph and Rhett from shooting matches with them in Columbia and Charleston. I was saddened to hear of his passing. Although I did not know him well, he always was friendly and we will miss him.

Dear Deborah,
I am truly sorry to hear of the passing of Ralph. It was great to pick up a friendship thru the recent high school reunions (NCHS '61). I really enjoyed talking with Ralph and you. I also appreciate your hooking up with my wife at the reunion.
With deepest regrets.
