Anne Froneberger Gaston
MT. HOLLY -- Mrs. Gaston, 73, of 522 Dutch Avenue, died Saturday, August 8, 2009 at Carolinas Medical Center, Charlotte. Funeral service will be held at 3 p.m. with visitation beginning at 2:30 p.m. on Thursday at Springfield Baptist Church, Stanley, NC. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
A native of Gaston County, she was the daughter of the late Clarence Hoyle and Hilda Froneberger Cherry.
Costner Funeral Home of Gastonia is assisting the Gaston Family.

Mrs. Charlotte was an angel in human form who looked out for everybody... from little children to adults likewise.....she had innate ability to understand our emotional and psychological needs in a non judgemental way...we miss you everyday....Rex

To the Children of Charlotte Gaston, Jackie, Kathy ,Norman And Phil I would like to extend my deepest sympathy during the loss of your Mother. To me She was always kind and a gentle spirited woman. She was a pillar in our neighborhood, I remember that if Charlotte had not chartered buses some of us would have never had the chance to see the ocean or leave the low end. Cherish the memories of your Mother and may God comfort and be with you always.
