Sanford M. Altschul; loving father of Jeff ( Robin) Altschul and Danny ( Ruth) Altschul. Proud grandfather of many; dear brother of Alfred ( Lynn) Altschul, Carolyn (Ken) Feigenbaum and Suzanne (Burt) Robin; cherished former husband of Susan Altschul. Will be missed by many nieces and nephews; fond son of the late Lily Ann and Herman Altschul. Service Thursday 2PM at Chicago Jewish Funerals, 8851 Skokie Blvd (at Niles Center Road), Skokie. Interment Westlawn. Dear Altschuls:
Marjorie called me to tell me of Sanford's death. I am saddened by this news as we all shared great times together as children. I am currently in Florida so I can't attend the funeral. I would hope to see Alfred sooner rather than later.

I was so sorry to read of Sanford's passing. It has been 55 years since our graduation, but one never forgets fun times and good classmates from grammar school through high school. May he rest in peace and his memory be a blessing to his family.
