Daniel E. Gautsch, age 95, of Homewood. Naval Veteran WWII. Beloved husband of the late Delores Gautsch, nee Tomtengen; loving father of Daniel M. (late Georjean), Mary (Tim) Tobeck, Susan (Carl) Madory, Thomas, Robert (Beth) and Nancy (David) Deress; cherished grandfather of Michael (Michelle), Tracy (Josh) Anthony, Daniel R., Christopher, David (Sara), Matthew, Sarah (Matt) Loftin, Jody (Jared) Metcalf, Allison (Ben) Johnson, Andrew, Russell, William, John, James and Samuel; great grandfather of 12. 1933 Graduate of Aquinas High School, LaCrosse, WI. Over 37 years with the Darvin Furniture Company. Visitation Monday 3 to 9 p.m. at Ryan FuneralHome, 18022 Dixie Highway, in Homewood. Dear Gautsch Family,
We just recently heard of the passing of your wonderful father. He and your mother were wonderful old friends to our parents, Mary and Walter Fiedler. We have great memories of them visiting Mom & Dad and taking part in some of our celebrations. I still see both of their smiling faces. Prayers and heartfelt sympathy to all of you. The Ehlen family (Marty/DebbieFL; Maria/George AZ; Marilyn/Larry IL; Kari/Ken MN; Cathy FL) extend our love and condolences to the entire Gautsch family. Our uncle Dan E. Gautsch has been and will continue to be held fondly in our hearts, and remembered as a wonderful Christian man. He and Aunt Delores are now in God's loving care through Jesus Christ. We are personally saddened, though joyous for Dan as the Bible guides. We will keep Dan and Delores in our prayers and set a mass in his honor. Love from Martin R. Ehlen and the entire Ehlen family.
