Edward F. Brookbank, age 91, U.S.A.F. Veteran WWII, late of Orland Park, formerly of Brookfield, beloved husband of the late Janet M. Brookbank, nee Wilson; devoted father of Margaret (Glenn) Autullo and Jean (James) Noland; proud grandfather of Brian (Lora) Autullo, Maggie (Kurt) Drummond, Jim and Jeff Noland; loving great-grandfather of Sophia, Paige and Anna; dear brother of Joseph and the late Tom Brookbank; kind uncle of many nieces and nephews. Lifetime Member of V.F.W. Post 9801.Visitation Sunday 2 to 8 p.m. Funeral Monday, 9:15 a.m. from the Thornridge Funeral Home (Janusz Family Funeral Service), 14318 S. LaGrange Rd. (9600 W/Rte. 45), Orland Park, to St. Alexander Church. Mass 10 a.m. Interment Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery.
