It was always a pleasure when Joe came to Philadelphia for a visit. We will miss him.

We grew up with our first cousins - Joey and Alan - in a yellow brick apartment building on the north side of Chicago. We played together in the alleyway and Green Briar Park across the street. We attended St. Timothy grade school and celebrated every Christmas together. In many ways the Anzelone boys felt like brothers from another mother. I admired them and bragged to friends that they were my cousins. I remember Joey's frequent laughter and gentleness. I remember when he met Peggy and they became such a solid couple. We all loved them and though we moved far apart, I often felt warm thoughts and memories. He will always be in our hearts. monica
