Walt was a kind a gentle friend to me for many years. Me and many of my friends stayed with him at the old mill. We had many years of fun from time to time when I could make it up . He was amazing in so many ways !

Walt, your friendship meant more to me than you know. It is hard to believe that after almost ten years, you are gone. Your loving spirit to those around you was unending and unconditional. Whenever I saw you, you had this smile that was contagious. I will miss you my friend. May your journey be joyous and carefree. You deserve it.

We will meet again...

A story book "cave" man charachter right to the end. An interesting and unique friend, he could challenge the best of us and laugh off the rest, may he finally find peace and happiness in the flowing rivers of the hearafter. His charismatic wit and twisted humor, not everyone could appreciate, but maybe God as he welcomes him home.

I've known Walt since 1986. He was nothing short of a good friend all these years, and I will truly miss him. Walt was a genuine guy, and what you saw was who he was.
