Jack Jung Obituary

Jack David Jung Resident of El Cerrito Jack David Jung, 83, passed away March 6th, 2007. He is survived by Virginia, his loving wife of 54 years; daughter, Kathy and son-in-law, Clifford and their children, Christopher and Sarah; son, John and daughter-in-law, Marcia and their son, John Aaron; and son, Bob and daughter-in-law, Momo and their daughters, Naomi and Amy. He will be interred at Sunset Mausoleum in El Cerrito, California. Jack was born February 29, 1924 in Norfolk, Virginia. After serving in the Army during WWII, he moved to California to study under the GI Bill. He graduated from UC Berkeley in 1948 with a B.A. in business. He worked hard and ran his own businesses. He raised his family in El Cerrito. For Jack, his children, grandchildren and their accomplishments were great sources of pride and delight. After retirement he liked to socialize with his buddies at the Richmond Hilltop YMCA. The family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of contributions to Doctors Without Borders, or your favorite charity.
