Mr Kemner was a wonderful man. Many years ago I had went to my mother-in-law to leave a card for a brother-in-law and no one was at the house. I made a mistake and locked my keys and 2 year daughter in the car and he came out and got it opened for me. I had just put her in her car seat and tosed the keys on the passager side and shut the door. I was so grateful for his help.
