I am so sorry for your loss, Joe was a special man, he was always there to give support and sometimes, to just give a smile when you walked into the Panama. He always welcomed you and could always tell what kind of day you where having. I have to say Joe always gave me support when it came to my husband, and he would just smile and say he is in the back, go get him, Joe you will be missed

ALTHOUGH WE WILL ALL MISS JOE DEARLY, I AM THANKFUL HE IS NO LONGER SUFFERING AND HAVING TO BATTLE THE WRETCHED ILLNESS HE FOUGHT FOR OVER A DECADE. JOE, AS ALWAYS, WAS INCREDIBLY BRAVE AND FACED THE CHALLENGES OF LIFE,
UP FRONT, AND HEAD ON, RIGHT UP UNTIL THE END.
HE LEAVES A GREAT LEGACY FOR HIS FAMILY AND FRIENDS. MANY FOND MEMORIES OF THE TIMES WE SHARED THROUGH THICK AND THIN WILL STAY WITH ME THE REST OF MY LIVING DAYS.
I AM SO THANKFUL, HE NOW RESTS PEACEFULLY IN A BETTER PLACE.
MY CONDOLENCES AND PRAYERS TO YOU NANCY, AND ALL OF THE THE BEAUTIFUL MEMBERS OF THE FALCO FAMILY,
FROM A LONG TIME FRIEND,
ARNOLD PEDERSEN

I knew Joe only a brief time when he owned the Panama Inn. I enjoyed kidding Joe whenever his beloved Vols were having a bad game, which wasn't very often. He truly cared for his customers and their well-being. He will be remembered and missed by all. My condolences to his family.

I went to High School with Joe and I remember him as a great friend and formidable competitor on the football field. While we have not been in touch for many years, he was one of those important people that form your memories of your youth. He'll be missed by his family and many friends.
