Charlie and I were friends through our teenage years, hanging together, double dating and attending the weddings of our friends. I will always remember his smile and laugh. He loved Arline from the time they met in Bridgeport. A true family man. May the Grace of God be with your family and know that Charlie is at piece in Gods loving arms. We will all miss you my friend.

Dear Arline:

How saddened Ray and I were to hear about Charlie's death. It doesn't seem possible that it was almost 50 years ago we were young, in high school and looking forward to our future lives. You and Charlie were always such a fun and loving couple to be around. We pray that your lovely memories of your life together and your faith in Jesus will give you peace now and for the rest of your life. God bless you and your family and take care.

Yo Emmett! I have know Charlie since he was 5 years old. I gave him the nick name Emmett when we were teenagers. All the guys he grew up with, Al, Bruno, Cid (the Yankees as he called us after he moved South) called him Emmett. Not because he was a clown, but because, like a clown he brought smiles to the people he met - that was Charlie. Full of fun, always a smile. Heaven is a beautiful place and the souls there have a smile on their faces - but now their smiles will be a lot bigger because Charlie is there. Emmett, you will be missed. Rest in Peace my friend.
