Billy Lizer Obituary
He was born in Harrison County, Oct. 1, 1942 to the late Cecil "Doc" and Margaret Carter Lizer. He was a farmer, former employee of Cudhay Foods and member of Indian Creek Christian Church. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Larry Thomas Lizer and Teddy Ray Lizer and a sister, Bobbie Glascock.
He is survived by his wife, Nancye Yarnell Howard Lizer; two sons, Rick (Leigh) Lizer, Winchester and Robert W. (Connie) Howard, Flemingsburg; a daughter, Cynthia (Curt) Fuson, Georgetown; two sisters, Sue Bradford, Cynthiana and Betty Robey, Frankfort; and a grandson, Jacob Wayne Howard, Cynthiana.
A Funeral service will be held Wednesday, April 19 at 11 a.m. at Ware Funeral Home by Warren French. Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. Tuesday, April 18 at the funeral home. Burial will be in Battle Grove Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Tim Lizer, Todd Lizer, Keith Bradford, Kevin Bradford, Marshal Kearns, Walter Lee Tapp and Curt Fuson.
