Kevin Schall Obituary
Newport News resident
Kevin Justin Schall, 39, died Thursday, in Newport News, Va. Born in New Orleans, La., he was the husband of Amanda Sarah Walz-Schall of Kure Beach, N.C., and was the son of William Schall Jr. and Linda Marie Ridings, and the stepson of Athena Schall and Tommy Ridings, all of Virginia Beach, Va. He was a government contractor. Along with his wife and parents, Kevin is survived by his sons, Keenan Schall and Liam Schall; a sister, Kimberly Ann Scott of Virginia Beach, Va.; stepsisters, Kimberly Maselli of Virginia Beach, Va., and Kristi Leek of Chesapeake, Va.; and a stepbrother, Adam Cooke of Virginia. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday at 3 p.m. at Twiford's Memorial Chapel. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Keenan and Liam Schall's college funds at any East Carolina Bank branch in care of Stella V. Walz. Twiford Funeral Homes, Memorial Chapel, 405 E. Church St., Elizabeth City, N.C., is assisting the Schall family. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.twifordfh.com.
