E.J. FOUT Obituary

GREENVILLE - E. J. Fout, 93, of Greenville, died Sept. 3, 2014 at Wayne Hospital.

Fout was born in Randolph County, Indiana on Dec. 30, 1920, the son of the late John and Nettie (Shoemaker) He was preceded in death by his wife Hazel (Retz) Fout who died Jan. 31, 1995, Brothers Kenneth and Dwight Fout and Sister Marlene Welbaum.

He was a WWII Army Air Corp Veteran and a member of the Arcanum VFW. Mr. Fout retired from General Motors in 1976. He was a 32nd degree Mason. Mr. Fout served six years on the Arcanum Village Council.

He is survived by his sons Michael (Kathy) Fout of Arcanum and Kent (friend Ruth) Fout Bonita Springs, Florida; grandchildren Holly (Roger) McEldowney of Versailles, Mary (Bill) Wolke of Troy, Tracy (Erin) Fout of Arcanum, and Sean (Heather) Fout of Houston; and many great-grandchildren.

Memorial Services will be held 2 p.m. on Saturday at the Kreitzer Funeral Home, Arcanum with Pastor Todd Reish officiating. There will be no public viewing. Interment private at convenience of the Family in Abbottsville Cemetery. The Family suggests memorial contributions to the Cancer Association of Darke County, 209 East Fourth Street, Greenville, Ohio 45331. Condolences may be sent to KreitzerfuneralHomeInc.com.
