I am so shocked to hear of Virginia's passing. She was a grand lady and a great mentor to so many in the llama community. Virginia and I used to talk about the wonderful old Arabians that we loved. We will sorely miss her.
God speed, Dear One.

Dear Richard, Richard Jr, Claudia and family,
You may not remember me, but my brother Bob and I grew up with you on 26th Street in San Pedro. We were part of the Simpson Family. (I'm Susan)
We both have fond memories of all of you. Your wife/mom and our mom and dad were friends as well as neighbors. Those were the days when "moms were always at home" watching all of us in the neighborhood. Believe it or not, my husband and I live in the Simpson family house on 26th Street. When our mom died in 1999 Bob and I agreed that it would be a fine idea for me and my husband to move "home".
Bob and I both have fond memories of all of you and we know the sadness you are feeling. Please know that our hearts go out to all of you at this very difficult time.
Our Love to all of you,
Susan Simpson Thomas and Bob Simpson

Mrs "C", always there for everyone. I'm grateful for the time she gave us girls as teenagers, sponsoring our club at the YWCA when no one else would, dragging me along to the family vacation at the river and welcoming me to their home in Gardnerville a few summers ago. Through good and bad, she was always there for us and I'm sure Claudia and I were responsible for at least a few of those beautiful gray hairs. I know Virginia, the mother, nana, friend and especially loving wife, will be deeply missed, my sincere condolences to you all. Rest in peace Virginia.
