Domer E. Knopsnider Jr., 62, of Connellsville, died Monday, Dec. 10, 2012, at his residence. He was born Nov. 8, 1950, in Mt. Pleasant, a son of the late Domer E. Knopsnider Sr. and Cecilia (Baily) Knopsnider. He was a veteran of the Army and was a member of the Greenwood Heights Church of God, Connellsville. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by sisters, Judy and Carol Knopsnider; brothers, Ronnie and Jim Knopsnider; and two sons, Ronnie and Regis Cropp. He is survived by his wife, Bonnie S. (Barron); children, Donnie Cropp, Kevin Cropp and wife, Mary Ellen, Domer Cropp and girlfriend, Teena, Wendell Knopsnider and wife, Beth, Tonya Cropp and boyfriend, Mike, and Judy Robinson and husband, John; numerous grandchildren; brothers, Joe, Bill and Tom Knopsnider; and sisters, Gloria Davila and Mary Knopsnider. Family and friends will be received from 4 to 9 p.m. Wednesday and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday in the PAUL G. FINK FUNERAL HOME INC., 418 N. Pittsburgh St., Connellsville, where a funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday with his pastor, Evelyn Stillwagon, officiating. After, full military rites will be accorded at the funeral home by the VFW Post 21 and American Legion Posts 301 and 762. Interment will follow in Barren Run Cemetery, Smithton.
