GERALD SCHULDT Obituary

Gerald L. "Jerry" Schuldt of Carpentersville Gerald L. "Jerry" Schuldt, 88, passed away on Wednesday, Nov. 30, 2011, at the Provena-St. Joseph Hospital in Elgin. Jerry was born on Oct. 1, 1923, in Carpentersville, the son of the late Arnold and Alice (nee Mahlman) Schuldt. Jerry was a lifelong resident of the Carpentersville area. He was a 1942 graduate of Dundee Community High School in Carpentersville and a World War II Army veteran. Jerry was a former many year employee of Senior Flexonics in Bartlett and a member of the Life Changers International Church in Hoffman Estates. Survivors include his wife of 61 years, Dorothy A. (nee Dikeman) whom he married on June 16, 1950; and their children, Glenn Schuldt, Peggy Davis, Rebecca Whitehouse, Patricia Stancliff and Donna Mata. Jerry is also survived by his eight grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; brothers, James (Barbara) Schuldt and Jack Schuldt; as well as many nieces nephews and friends. Jerry was preceded in death by his parents; a son, Bruce Schuldt; and brothers, Beathard "Bee" and Arnold "Puggy" Schuldt. The Schuldt family has decided to mourn their loss privately. There will be no public visitation or service. Memorials may be made to the charity of ones choice. The Miller Funeral Home, West Dundee is assisting the family with all arrangements.
