Helen WILBUR Obituary
She was born Sept. 26, 1918, in Bayonne, N.J., to John and Leocadia (Kozlowska) Konczal, who preceded her in death. She was married on Jan. 31, 1942, in Bayonne, to Joseph Wilbur, who preceded her in death, in 1995. She was also preceded in death by her brothers, Chester and Thaddeus Konczal; and sisters, Harriet Coe and Olga Zielinski.
Helen is survived by her daughter, Bette (John) Norris of Chesterton, Ind.; and step-grandchildren, Adam and Ian Norris, and Abby Hall.
There will be no services. Cremation will take place at Heritage Crematory, Portage, Ind., with burial of ashes at Williamsburg Memorial Park, in Williamsburg, at a later date. I cherish the memories of Mrs. Wilbur and my mother, friends for almost 70 years, and the times we went to lunch and spent the day shopping. She became a part of our family and we miss her.
