I truly was sadden to hear of the passing of Elder Doswell.
He travelled with us years ago, on our Missionary journey to California for the Holy Convocation.

We were roommates during our stay in Los Angeles, and became close. I remember is smile and his wonderful laugh.

Although he was a young man, he was always serious about is faith and his walk with the Lord.

We extend prayers of sympathy to the family.

To the Doswell Family,

When we lose someone we love, it seems that time stands still. There are times in life when silence moves through us, a quiet sadness, a longing for one more day, one more word, one more touch, we may not understand why Walter left this earth so soon, or why he left before we were ready to say good-bye, but little by little, we begin to remember not just that he died, but that he lived. Walters’s life gave us memories too beautiful to forget. Although it's difficult today to see beyond the sorrow, May looking back in memory help comfort you tomorrow.
We are deeply saddened by your loss. Please except our words of condolences.

I extend my deepest sympathies to Kinzah and family. I knew Walter briefly through his Coverall business, and his work at the Hershey Center for Applied Research. Walter was a very kind and friendly person ~ he always took the time to say "hello" and with a big smile ~ he will be truly missed. Walter spoke often of his church and faith so there is no doubt that God has welcomed him with open arms.

Words will never be able to express how, I fill. I thank Our God for allowing us to be able to grow up together, even as adults we continued to share memories.

Cuz, I will truly miss you, when ever you stopped in Washington DC, you allways came by and we shared meals together. You allways knew there was something cooking at cuz house and you could lay your head down after, I tryed to feed you everything.

Sometimes for a moment or a day. It was never long enough.

I'll last words to each other were "I love you and I love you too".

Rest on Elder Walter Lee Doswell aka Baybra and take your rest, we love you but Gods loves you best.

Words can not express the void that has been left since the death of my dear brother-in-law. I've had the pleasure of knowing him since we were little, through our high school ROTC days culminating with me marrying his sister. Walter was a bright star and the twinkle in his eyes would attest to his love for the Almighty God, his family, The United House of Prayer for All People and his friends. Although he was taken away from us suddenly without warning; my faith and understanding allows me to cheerish his memory but know that he's in a place far better at this point. My wife and I miss him dearly but we'll continue to strive to stand for what he believed in which was not being afraid to stand up and share our love for Christ in our lives. Rest my brother-in-law and be rewarded with fruits of your labor on this side.
