As a child, I grew up with this family and spent many days in their home as our families were great friends. Their home was a wonderful place to hang out as Ms. Lane made it so special. I still remember the fun times we shared with her, her laughter, her values, and her many words of wisdom, in a time when family was so important. Her home was a fun place because she made it fun, and I always loved hanging out there. I cherished those days and still carry those memories thru my adult life. She is a wonderful example to families today....Home is where the Heart is!

I was just wondering if this is the same Bobby Lane I worked with years at
ConAgra frozen foods. She was a very lovely Lady indeed. So sorry to hear of death.

Bobbie was a very dear friend and yes she was always there for me with that big smile and listening ear.She always made me feel very much like a family member instead a friend. We had alot of joyful times when her and Lloyd lived on Batesville Road and of course
we Worshiped together at Mt.Ed. Baptish Church each Sunday. My pictures now will keep me close in thought of Bobbie. My condolence goes out to all the family for this lost. God Bless each one of you as you heal from this loss.

This is for my Aunt Bobbie- You and Uncle Floyd always made my family and friends welcome at your home. Your homemade macaroni and cheese was the BEST! My son Ryan still has the WWII book that Uncle Floyd gave him. Thanks for the love and kindness we won't forget. Mom and I will be there on Tuesday. Susan Hartley Potter of Hampton

I had the very great privilege of being a daughter in law to this lovely woman. The good times I had with Bobbie are many. Always so full of life and laughter. She and her husband Floyd served as wonderful grand parents to my son Ben and he loved them both dearly. I am sure as she entered Heaven there were many hugs and kisses going around. I know that she has taken delight in meeting Jesus of whom she spoke of often and loved very much. You will always have a special place in my heart Bobbie.
